Blowing out parking stops and curb lines

Debris compacts against parking stops, curbs, and corners — and a sweeper can't collect what hasn't been loosened first. We blow out those areas before we sweep so nothing gets left behind.

Collecting the field

Once the edges and corners are clear we sweep the open pavement, curb lines, and median strips in a methodical pattern. The goal is a surface that looks right when you walk it, not just when you drive past it.

Storm drain protection

In the Phoenix metro a clogged drain during monsoon season is a liability. We keep debris clear of drain openings and make sure nothing is migrating toward them.

Reporting what we find

Broken glass, vandalism, anything unusual at the property — you'll hear it from us. We'd rather tell you about it than pretend we didn't see it.

Scheduling

Most properties are serviced at night or early morning when the lot is empty. Frequency depends on the property — its size, traffic volume, and surroundings. We'll tell you honestly what we think it needs.
