Sweeping handles the pavement. Portering handles everything else. Our exterior day-porters walk your property on a regular schedule — picking up litter, emptying trash receptacles, clearing debris from walkways and common areas, and keeping your property looking managed from open to close.

For properties with heavy foot traffic, daily litter accumulation, or high tenant expectations, a porter is the difference between a property that looks good once a week and one that looks good every hour of every day.

Litter patrols

Regular walks through parking areas, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas to remove trash, debris, and windblown litter.

Trash receptacle management

Emptying bins before they overflow, replacing liners, and keeping areas around receptacles clean.

Common area maintenance

Clearing leaves, sweeping walkways, wiping down benches and surfaces.

Proactive reporting

If we spot dumping, vandalism, safety hazards, or maintenance issues, you hear about it immediately.

Junk and debris removal

Got a pile of debris, illegal dumping, or leftover construction materials cluttering your property? We'll load it up and haul it off. If it fits in a dump trailer, we'll take care of it.

Scheduling

Portering can be scheduled daily, multiple times per week, or on a custom cadence that matches your property's traffic patterns. We'll recommend a frequency based on your property type, tenant mix, and budget.
